"There is no phone connectivity from the room to the hotel reception. For in-room dinning we had to go to the reception and order there. The entry to the doom is very dark which is not a very impressive first impression. Restaurant is good though. Food is good quality. Our room says ocean view but not ocean at all. "

"Kids loved the water park and activities. Rooms mainly aircon, carpet etc. were pretty tired and in need of maintenance / deep clean / upgrade. Bathrooms were nice and new."
